Job summary

Praetorian Power Protection LLC is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to lead quality across data center construction projects. You will develop robust quality systems for Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes and supervise inspectors, engineers, and subcontractors to meet stringent standards.

The role requires deep QA/QC expertise on large-scale facilities, with a focus on audits, inspections, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction QA/QC experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience on semiconductor or data center projects is essential.
• 5+ years in a senior managerial QA/QC capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce quality management systems for CSA scopes (Civil, Structural, Architectural).
• Create and distribute checklists, inspections, punch lists, and detailed reports.
• Manage QA/QC platforms for checklists and issue tracking; monitor quality programs and audits.

Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation to the mission critical industry, is actively seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to join our team. This role is central to ensuring that construction projects within our Data Center Business Unit meet both Praetorian Power Protection’s and our clients’ stringent standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enforce robust quality management systems tailored for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes.Manage QA/QC procedures including creation and distribution of checklists, inspections, punch lists, and detailed reports.Utilize client or company-mandated platforms to manage quality-related functions such as checklists and issue tracking.Monitor existing quality control programs; conduct comprehensive audits; oversee construction activities to ensure alignment with project standards.Proactively identify issues that impede efficiency; implement solutions to reduce defects; track and report on quality metrics across various projects.Provide mentorship to Project Engineers, Project Managers, Superintendents; build high-performing teams dedicated to project excellence.Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors ensuring all parties align with the overarching quality objectives.Maintain meticulous records of inspections and audits; ensure thorough reporting by internal staff and third-party inspectors.Strengthen client trust through demonstrated commitment to delivering top-tier quality in every project phase.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is a plus.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction QA/QC on large-scale projects essential. These projects must have been in semiconductor or data center projects.At least 5 years in a senior managerial capacity overseeing QA/QC functions preferred.Comprehensive knowledge across civil, architectural, mechanical electrical scopes vital for success in this role.
