Job summary

SLS Consultants is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across large-scale data center construction projects. You will serve as the liaison between owners, design teams, contractors, and commissioning partners to ensure work meets contract requirements and industry standards.

You will develop QA/QC plans, perform field inspections, track NCRs, and support project turnover with complete quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction QA/QC, project engineering, or commissioning.
• Experience supporting data center or other mission-critical construction projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, construction drawings, and quality processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Serve as the client's quality representative and ensure all work meets project requirements and standards.
• Develop and manage QA/QC plans, inspections, and testing activities.
• Perform field inspections and identify quality issues before they impact the project.
• Track and resolve deficiencies, punch list items, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and commissioning teams to maintain quality expectations.
• Support project turnover by ensuring quality documentation is complete and accurate.
