Job summary

EOSOL Group is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to support concrete and structural work on U.S. construction projects.

You will perform field inspections, verify material placement, review drawings, and prepare inspection reports to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years QA/QC experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors, with hands-on knowledge of reinforced concrete, formwork, and post-tension systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC inspection experience on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience inspecting reinforced concrete, formwork systems, post-tension, and structural concrete.
• Advanced English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of concrete, structural, and formwork activities.
• Review civil, structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Inspect reinforcing steel (rebar), post-tension (PT) systems, formwork, and concrete placements.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and construction procedures.
• Conduct field inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Identify non-conformities and monitor corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and quality documentation.
• Verify as-built conditions and construction tolerances.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project management teams.
• Monitor material deliveries and support material tracking.
• Assist with project scheduling, forecasting, and quality planning.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.

Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector to support construction projects in the United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting concrete and structural works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements throughout all phases of construction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in reinforced concrete, formwork, post-tension systems, structural inspections, and construction quality documentation.
