Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a QA/QC Inspector - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a QA/QC Inspector - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the inspection and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA/QC Inspector - 2nd Shift

Location: Carmel, IN

Pay Range: 21/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Inspect all final assemblies within manufacturing to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide independent and unbiased evaluation of finished devices or work of others
• Read blueprints and utilize inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Analyze failures, determine solutions, and perform in-process and final inspections
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in device batch records

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of relevant inspection or quality control experience
• Ability to read blueprints and operate inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral
