Job summary

NF Forgings Pvt. Ltd. seeks a QA-QC Head (GM) to lead the QA-QC team across foundry and heavy manufacturing operations. You will drive quality standards, implement QA procedures, and oversee lab testing to ensure product conformity and process control.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering with 10–15 years of relevant experience, including heat treatment and metallurgy. Mumbai/Kolkata operations preferred, relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Production Eng.
• Relevant experience in foundry or heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of heat treatment and metallurgy of cast irons/steels/alloys.
• Familiar with ISO standards, NDT methods, and lab testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA-QC team and ensure quality standards in foundry and heavy manufacturing setups.
• Develop and implement QA-QC processes and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.
