QA/QC Field Senior Associate – Remote (75-100% Travel)

Remote (US-Based) with travel US wide, the client are looking to keep people in State where possible.

Are you passionate about quality, precision, and cutting-edge projects in the Mission Critical space?

We’re looking for a QA/QC Field Senior Associate to join an industry leading owners representative. This is a remote role with extensive travel across the U.S., providing hands-on oversight on some of the most advanced mission critical and technology-driven facilities in the world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead on-site inspection, validation, and verification of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate daily MEP contractor activities and collaborate across design, construction, vendor, and client teams.
  • Conduct inspections at every project stage—from off-site fabrication to final punch lists.
  • Contribute to commissioning and QA/QC planning, including documentation, reporting, and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with project documents, quality plans, and safety protocols.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, and specifications to support high-quality delivery.

What You Bring:

OR

  • 2 years’ hands-on field experience + 3 years additional in installation, testing, or troubleshooting of MEP/controls systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills – you’ll be working independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital reporting.
  • Willingness to travel 75-100%

Travel & Flexibility:

  • Travel across the U.S. in support of multiple project sites.
  • Temporary or permanent relocation assistance available.
  • Must be open to extended onsite project assignments.
