Job summary

CPG in Ashburn, VA is seeking a QA/QC Commissioning Associate I to assist in quality control and quality assurance of data center critical systems preparing for commissioning. You will develop QA/QC documents, review materials, oversee tests, calibrations and inspections, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to maintain high standards.

The role requires up to 80% travel and readiness to work across multiple teams.

Qualifications

Experience with inspection and QA procedures.
Ability to write and enforce SOPs.
Knowledge of test equipment and software.
Minimum 0-1 years of inspection/production experience.

Responsibilities

Develop QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations.
Follow all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee testing methods.
Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Support the implementation of test and inspection schedules and coordinate with teams to perform quality audits.
Assist employees to ensure knowledge of quality standards and ensure compliance to quality manuals.
Manage to lift equipment and maintain storage of hazardous materials; perform quality audits as scheduled.
Prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance and monitor project activities.
Communicate quality concerns with urgency.
