Job summary

CPG Beyond, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Commissioning Associate to assist in quality control and assurance for data center critical systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the QA/QC Engineer to ensure correct equipment is procured and installed per industry standards and specifications, developing expertise to perform increasingly complex commissioning tasks. Location is Ashburn, VA with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Technical Military MOS, trade school and/or degree.
• Experience in complex facilities or mission critical projects is preferred.
• Any civilian or military technical certifications is a plus.
• Experience with writing and enforcing SOPs (standard operating procedures).
• Solid understanding of test equipment & software.
• Minimum of 0-1 years of inspection and/or production experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations.
• Follow all standards to perform inspection and tests and oversee testing methods.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support implementation of test and inspection schedules and coordinate quality audits.
• Assist employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
