Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The face of the customer for quality issues, ensuring requirements are met.
• Interface between project managers and QA to align quality goals.
• Quality System SME for Evonik Tippecanoe Laboratories; support QMS enhancements.
• Approve changes and deviations with potential impact on product quality.
• Host customer audits and track completion of action plans.
• Negotiate customer quality agreements and ensure provisions are met.
