Job summary

Continental is seeking a QA Mixing Lab Technician to support floor testing of finish rubber, perform water chemistry testing, and collect samples under supervision. You will observe testing remotely, coordinate sample collection, and maintain required documentation in a fast-paced lab environment.

This role involves working in a non-climate controlled area, with evenings/weekends shifts likely, and adherence to safety and ESH policies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
No relocation assistance offered.
Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).
Associate's degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage and assist floor testing of finish rubber.
Observe floor testing remotely to ensure procedures are followed.
Perform testing for nonconforming batches.
Collect water samples from Extruding for water chemistry testing.
Collect level check samples and coordinate with mixing supervision on missing samples.
Perform other duties as directed by QA Lab Supervisor, Chief Inspector, or QA Manager.
Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented.
