Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, change management, or a related IT field.
• Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter) and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Familiarity with ITIL and ISO 9001 quality standards; ISTQB/ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Must align with Statement of Faith and be active in a local church.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure IT system quality and reliability.
• Define test plans, test cases, and test scripts across functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Coordinate manual and automated testing activities and prioritize defect resolution with development teams.
• Develop and implement change management processes, including readiness reviews and approval coordination.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO 9001).
• Foster continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and audit readiness.
