Job summary

Taphealthcare is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing or dairy operations to advance QA programs, food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of microbiology, food science, HACCP, and SQF standards, coupled with leadership skills to maintain top product quality and food safety across processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or dairy environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific field.
• Strong knowledge of microbiology and food science.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP and SQF or equivalent food safety/quality systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience implementing and administering Quality Assurance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to support quality standards, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing operation.
