Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced QA Manager in Dallas to lead end-to-end QA projects. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-team leadership across QA, development, and business units.

The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple teams, drive QA initiatives from initiation to completion, and oversee QA metrics, dashboards, and risk management in a fast-paced environment. On-site with extended 18-month engagement and possible extension.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead / QA Manager with strong knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, software testing methodologies, and QA project management. The ideal candidate should have experience managing QA projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple teams, and serving as the primary point of contact between QA teams, Business Development (BD), and business stakeholders.

This is not a traditional hands-on Tester or Test Lead position. We need someone with strong project management, stakeholder communication, coordination, reporting, and leadership skills who can drive QA initiatives from project initiation through completion.

Experience with AccelQ test automation platform is highly preferred.

• Manage and drive QA projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact between QA teams, Business Development, and business stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate project execution activities.
• Manage and facilitate War Room meetings to resolve project issues and blockers.
