Job summary

Prominent is seeking a QA Lead for a contract-to-hire engagement with our client in Greenwood Village, Colorado or Omaha, Nebraska. The role oversees testing strategy, execution, and QA across multiple initiatives and systems.

You will mentor QA staff, drive test planning and execution, and champion test automation while collaborating with Agile Scrum teams and stakeholders globally. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must work W2 on Prominent's payroll.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams across multiple initiatives.
• Proven ability to design test plans and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Experience with banking/financial services testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing strategy and QA activities across initiatives.
• Define and approve test plans and deliverables.
• Oversee SDLC testing efforts and mentor QA staff.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and global teams.
• Plan, design, script, execute tests and manage defects.
• Drive test automation initiatives and tool evaluation.
• Report testing status and risk assessments to stakeholders.
