A leading IT services firm is seeking a QA Lead/Manager for Healthcare Claims & Membership. This remote position involves leading QA efforts, collaborating with teams to ensure robust testing strategies, and managing defect tracking. As a QA Lead/Manager — Healthcare Claims & Membership, you will make an impact by leading quality assurance efforts for healthcare claims and membership applications, ensuring robust testing strategies and team collaboration. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000 to $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
