Job summary

NextEra Energy's Palms Insurance division is seeking an experienced QA Lead to design, develop, and maintain our QA framework and testing strategy. You will own strategic planning and technical implementation across QA activities, working with cross-functional teams to align business and technology.

The role requires 6+ years in QA or quality/process improvement, a Bachelor's degree, SQL experience, and familiarity with CI/CD. Insurance industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• SQL experience required.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

• Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.
• Experience: 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement test automation strategies and standards.
• Write high-quality test code for Database, datasets, UI, API, and integration testing.
• Participate in code reviews and drive testing standards.
• Monitor and analyze test results; resolve issues and defects.
• Continuously improve test processes, tools, and documentation.
• Maintain documentation of test plans, automation frameworks, and methodologies.
