Saronic Technologies is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a team of Quality Inspectors in inspections and testing of components, assemblies, and autonomous vessels. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in aerospace, defense, maritime, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• 1+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical staff.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection methodologies, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide Quality Inspectors in inspections and tests to verify design and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to internal quality policies and DoD-related requirements across production operations.
• Identify defects or deviations and lead root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help refine procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and suppliers to address quality issues and ensure delivery of vessels.
• Lead and coordinate inspection activities across shifts, setting quality performance standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Quality Inspectors.
