Koch Foods Inc. in Arkansas seeks a QA Supervisor to lead QA Technicians in a high-volume poultry processing facility. You will supervise, train, and schedule staff, ensuring safe food handling and regulatory compliance while meeting production goals.

This role involves coordinating with USDA, monitoring quality on the plant floor, and supporting audits. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail oriented.
• Previous QA and food manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing environment, preferably poultry/meat.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, schedule and lead QA Technicians and team members, ensuring safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with USDA team members.
• Monitor plant floor for quality and food safety issues.
• Provide training for the weekly QA meetings.
• Monitor samples submission form before packing.
• Perform QA hold releases and transactions and WH transfers.
• Help with implementation of programs and procedures.
• Create, maintain and verify paperwork of all production and quality paperwork.
• Order supplies as needed.
• Oversee hold releases.
• Communicate when product is out of specification with management and techs.
• Assist in preparation and execution of customer, corporate, and third party audits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory programs.
• Perform document reviews, ensuring completion and accuracy.
• All other relevant duties as required.
