Qualifications

• College degree in a related field.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA Technician duties including pre-operational inspections and monitoring process controls.
• Collect samples for microbiological or chemical testing.
• Troubleshoot deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct quality audits and review documentation for accuracy.
• Collaborate with USDA FSIS inspection staff and plant management.
