Job summary

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District seeks a System Analyst with Software Quality Assurance Lead experience to support enterprise software systems in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes QA leadership, cross-team collaboration, and translating complex system behaviors into structured, testable documentation.

You will guide QA processes, collaborate across divisions, and help lay the groundwork for test automation while aligning with organizational priorities and a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience with QA testing of large-scale enterprise software.
• 8 years leading QA testing strategy for complex systems.
• Auditing QA deliverables from third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, Developers and SMEs to enable successful UAT.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze system data and voice systems and develop goals for system development.
• Lead QA testing strategy and manage test plans across projects.
• Coordinate with vendor personnel, SMEs and technical teams for testing.
• Set up test and production environments with DevOps/Ops teams.
• Develop test data and validation procedures for QA.
• Oversee project progress and document results.
