Job summary

Actalent is seeking a QA Lead for a beverage manufacturing facility in Random Lake, WI. You will oversee daily quality and laboratory operations, assign and check work, and support scheduling while driving problem-solving for quality, blend, and equipment issues.

The role requires GMP knowledge, QA documentation expertise, and strong leadership to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. Overtime may be required to support production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control or lab roles in food/beverage environments.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, FDA standards preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend SOPs and quality specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lab and blending staff; ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Assist with weekly scheduling and documentation across lab areas.
• Maintain and review lab records, calibration, and equipment maintenance.
