Qualifications

• Solid background in manual testing within complex applications environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution oversight, defect tracking, and final validation activities.
• Partner with business teams, project stakeholders, and technical staff to convert functional needs into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Lead user acceptance testing efforts by organizing schedules, guiding participants, and confirming outcomes align with business expectations.
• Develop and maintain test assets such as test plans, test cases, scripts, and quality standards to support delivery.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across applications and workflows to identify issues and verify fixes.

• Support modernization or legacy replacement initiatives by ensuring quality checkpoints are embedded in delivery.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or QA leadership roles.

• Proven ability to create test documentation, including plans, cases, scripts, and defect management procedures.
• Solid background in manual testing within complex application environments.
• Experience supporting modernization, digital transformation, or legacy replacement projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and non‑technical partners while managing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira and knowledge of tools or environments such as Selenium, Zendesk, and broader QA testing platforms.
