Job summary

The role requires an associate degree (or higher) in a related field, at least two years QA lab experience, familiarity with food safety concepts, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field.
• Minimum of two years QA lab experience.
• Knowledge of food safety programs, microbiological and sanitation concepts.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests, audits and calibrations to ensure food safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow established programs and practices to produce safe, quality foods meeting regulatory and company requirements.
• Support SQF 2000 systems development and continuous improvement.
• Accountable to Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
