Job summary

Richardson International in Carrington, North Dakota, operates a durum milling and pasta facility producing Dakota Growers products. The company is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Lab Technician to test samples, audit production and packaging, and manage non-conforming items while maintaining thorough records.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance testing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Test samples to ensure product quality, safety, and specification compliance.
• Audit production and packaging for accuracy in shapes, specifications, storage, packaging, labeling and coding.
• Identify and manage non-conforming products and food safety hazards, ensuring issues are investigated and recommending solutions.
• Maintain records, documentation, and retention samples.
• Proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities.

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance (QA) Lab Technician at our Carrington, ND durum milling and pasta production facility, where we produce Dakota Growers pasta.

Responsibilities:

Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Work in dusty, high heat/humidity environment
