QA Jmeter, HP Loadrunner, ALM, Rally(GC--USC)

Position: Full-time

Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design.
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution, analysis & reporting.
• At least 4 years of experience in performance testing & engineering activities.
• Expertise in developing workload patterns, estimations, develop performance strategy and implementing them.
• Strong expertise in load test tools: HP Performance Center, JMeter, CA Wily Introscope; APM tools such as Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Splunk (experience preferred).
• Knowledge of performance troubleshooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred.
• Ability to lead performance optimization efforts, with command of complex performance issues and willingness to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) -- a plus.
• Experience in middleware, WebServices, MQ performance testing.
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Communication and analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT.
