Job Description

• At least 4 years of experience in performance test strategy and test design
• At least 4 years of experience in performance test execution, analysis & reporting
• Expertise in developing test estimations and implementing them
• Strong expertise in Test tools – JMeter, HP Loadrunner, ALM, Rally
• Strong coordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in Agile and DevOps methodology
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
