Job summary

VBest Software Inc is seeking an experienced QA Engineer Automated 2 to support the Statewide Education Data System (TSDS). The role covers advanced automated and manual testing, test automation development, data validation, and performance and accessibility testing for enterprise applications.

You will collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure high-quality releases, maintain QA documentation, and use JIRA and Zephyr for test and defect management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years testing complex web applications.
• 6+ years Java & TestNG automation.
• 5+ years SQL.
• 4+ years Playwright.
• 4+ years workflow-driven automation.
• 4+ years JMeter, WAPT Pro, or other load-testing tools.
• 3+ years GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted test scripting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and develop detailed test cases.
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests.
• Develop automation frameworks using Java, TestNG, and Playwright.
• Perform manual, functional, integration, regression, database, and UAT testing.
• Write advanced SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
• Develop and execute workflow-driven automation.
• Use GitHub Copilot/AI tools to generate test scripts.
• Perform performance and load testing with JMeter, WAPT Pro, or similar tools.
• Perform accessibility testing.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
