Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Document data from QA activities and file results per procedures.
• Know ISO 9001 documentation requirements.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Calibrate inspection tools to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts against customer specifications using measuring tools.
• Perform first article, in-process, final and receiving inspections.
• Document measurement data and test results per procedures.
• Investigate non-conformances and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with warehouse for timely delivery to Inspection Area.
• Calibrate inspection tools and perform minor rework as needed.
