Job summary

Employment Solutions in Miramar, FL is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our stable, growing dietary supplement manufacturing team. Work hours are 2:30pm–11:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed and a pay rate of $18 per hour.

You will perform clerical duties, generate documents, maintain document control policies and procedures, organize and file laboratory data, and input inspection results into the quality database.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in administration, data entry, sales or similar role.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Excellent writing and verbal communications skills.
• Organized with strong interpersonal and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties and generates documents.
• Maintains document control policies and laboratory data.
• Records inspection results and inputs data into the quality database.
• Controls and files documentation for manufacturing and packaging.
• Prepares documentation for domestic and international POs.
• Distributes approved documents to define product configurations.
• Collects and maintains files with latest revisions.
• Checks assembly lines for adherence to standards and legal requirements.
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive filing system and computer database.
