Job summary

D.O.M. magazine is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector for the Huntsville plant to provide inspection support to QA, maintain records, and generate required reports.

You will inspect internal and supplied products, use various inspection tools, and assist in gage room activities while ensuring compliance with Parker IPD specifications. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic MS Office skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision; Lean and

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify product conformance against acceptance criteria.
• Use inspection tools (gaging, electronic gaging, automated inspection).
• Assist in Gage Room duties and organizegages.
• Complete QCI orders as stated and complete reports.

• Inspectandverifyproductconformanceagainstacceptancecriteriaforinternalandsuppliedproductsper Parker IPD specifications (dimensional and cosmetic).
• Useofallinspectiontools(hardgaging,electronicgaging,automatedinspection).
• AssistinGageRoomduties(pullgagesforcalibration, check-in/outgages,organizegages)excluding actual calibration.
• CompleteQCIordersasstatedwithintheset ofinstructions.
• Completereportsanddocumentsbasedonorderrequirementsandworkinstructions.
• Perform first article inspections for supplied product and document as required.
• Positive material identification with the XRF Analyzer (radiation safety – wearing dosimetry ring when using)
• ParticipateintheQuality HPT.
• AllotherdutiesasassignedbySupervisorordesignee.
