Job summary

LNK International, Inc. in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a QA/Manufacturing Associate to support the manufacturing and packaging operations, ensure product quality, and perform QA releases. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities

• Check the overall quality of the manufacturing and/or packaging operations.
• Perform line releases, product quality checks and batch record/work order review for QA release.
• Support production activities related to timely production of finished goods.
• Assist in validation/qualification of batches, including sampling.
• Ensure required sampling is performed and samples are submitted to laboratory.
• Maintain records and organize documents to support packaging/manufacturing operations.
• Assist in pertinent investigations involving respective areas.
• Monitor warehousing and staging areas to ensure materials are received/shipped/maintained within cGMP and SOP Guidelines.
• Report building maintenance issues to ensure compliance with AIB, HACCP, cGMP regulations and SOPs.
• Assist in monitoring and maintenance of Pest control, calibration and temperature monitoring programs.
• All other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to checking the overall quality of the manufacturing and/or packaging operations. Perform all line releases, product quality checks and batch record/work order review.

Work Environment

• Overtime may be required from time to time
