Are you a seasoned finance professional with a knack for crunching numbers, analyzing business performance, and driving strategic decisions? If so, we are seeking a dynamic VP of Financial Due Diligence to join our team. This is a permanent position that requires an expert in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Valuation, and Cost Segregation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing financial due diligence projects for our clients, providing financial insights and analysis, and helping to shape the future of our company. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a team of professionals, and make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute financial due diligence projects for M&A transactions, providing comprehensive financial analyses and reports.
  • Evaluate potential investment opportunities, performing detailed valuation, and cost segregation analyses.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert financial advice and guidance.
  • Participate in the development of company-wide financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial due diligence, M&A, valuation, and cost segregation.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing financial due diligence projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Deep understanding of M&A processes and financial regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
