Job description

We’re looking for QA Engineering Leads to work on our core and business products (Instagram, Messenger, Facebook, GenAI, Growth, Engagement, Ads, Privacy) to help shape the future of what we build at Meta. You enjoy solving quality challenges on products built in modern technology serving 2.9 billion people worldwide.

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3+ years of quality assurance and test engineering experience
• Experience in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent coding language
• Experience in testing and debugging web or mobile applications
• Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience
• Hands-on experience with test planning, test designing and execution, performance and stress testing, implementing and maintaining quality test automation of both client and server systems
• Communication, analytical and problem-solving experience
• Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools & automation frameworks
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Experience in AI/model testing
• Experience in managing black box and white box testing
• Demonstrated experience and resourcefulness to improve product coverage and effectiveness
• Experience working with medium to large engineering teams
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
