Job summary

MSQ DX is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. You will drive quality across multiple projects, collaborate with our Brazil QA team, and help shape testing strategies to deliver digital transformation.

You’ll own test planning, manual testing, and test automation with Cypress/Playwright, coordinate releases, and ensure accessibility (ADA & WCAG 2.0 AA) while thriving in an Agile or Waterfall environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years QA/testing experience on public web applications
• Experience across desktop/mobile, multiple browsers and breakpoints
• 2+ years automated testing (Cypress, Playwright or similar)
• Experience validating API integrations (Swagger, Postman) or API testing frameworks
• Release management experience
• Ability to work in Agile or Waterfall environments
• ADA & WCAG 2.0 AA compliance testing experience
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira
• Familiarity with Confluence or similar docs tools

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing, UAT, scheduling and release coordination across product categories
• Create test plans and strategies; write test cases with developers and PMs
• Lead quality reviews of applications and verify conformance to requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape testing approaches
• Support test automation initiatives and CI/CD integration
