Responsibilities
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading internet companies. Our quality assure engineering team is responsible for keeping an e-commerce ecosystem stable, secure and intuitive for our users. What You'll Do:
- Responsible for handling international e-commerce feedback tickets, categorizing and labeling bad cases, analyzing tickets, and summarizing common and typical issues.
- Follow up on product experience issues, reproduce problems, collaborate with business teams to explore underlying business logic, and drive solutions.
- Collect and organize various issues, and generate basic data outputs for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Communicate and collaborate with domestic and international teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in e-commerce testing, with strong skills in identifying, diagnosing, and driving issue resolution.
- Experience in quality operations, with the ability to abstract and summarize common issues from various problems, categorize them, compile data reports, and conduct analysis to produce clear reports.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for products with strong product awareness, capable of proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and communication skills.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】 Compensation Description (Hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $40- $53.5.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
