Job summary

Shopping Solutions Plus, based in Plymouth, MN, is seeking a QA Engineer to own Mocha releases and ensure the Persuasion service stays reliable during peak traffic. You will enable safe API testing behind feature flags and translate compliance rules into build guardrails.

Ideal candidates have ISTQB familiarity, experience with Selenium and TestComplete, and a track record of shipping quality software. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced engineering shop with strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• 1+ years steering technology projects end to end.
• Junior fluency in ISTQB Certification.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written.
• Proven follow-through with shipped results.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mocha release that Plymouth leadership has circled on the calendar.
• Maintain the Persuasion service through Plymouth's holiday traffic surge.
• Push API Testing changes safely behind flags for quick rollbacks in Plymouth, MN.
• Translate technology compliance rules into guardrails baked into the build.
• Monitor Mocha error budgets and act to prevent overages for Plymouth, MN.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix bugs reported by users and monitoring tools.
