Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer – Program & Project Delivery to join our Quality team in Columbia, SC. You will support the Director of Quality Assurance across programs, developing QA procedures and ensuring records, metrics, and assessments are audit-ready.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, PMO, Construction, and Licensing, contributing to a broad QA function and preparing for growth into senior roles as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance.
• Strong technical writing and record-keeping skills.
• Experience across multiple QA functions (documentation, audits, supplier quality, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Quality Assurance in developing and maintaining the enterprise quality program and QA procedures.
• Develop and maintain QA documents under the procedure roadmap with subject-matter experts.
• Provide QA support to greenfield and brownfield deployment projects and audits.
