Job summary

SHR Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a QA Engineer at the Mid level to support quality assurance for FEMA cloud-hosted applications, ensuring system reliability and readiness for deployment within DevSecOps environments. The role is based in Bluemont, VA and requires experience with automated testing tools.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
• Understanding of CI/CD and cloud-based testing.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Agile or ISTQB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA SELC and FedRAMP requirements.
• Document defects, track remediation, and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain automated testing frameworks.
