Job summary

DexCare is seeking a lead software developer in Test to deepen understanding of how customers use the platform, extend and contribute to the automation framework, and create, maintain, and execute automated test case validation for existing and new scenarios.

You will have a keen eye for detail, contribute by creating test plans and test cases, and implement approaches to break and validate software across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years driving QA strategy or equivalent experience.
• Experience debugging applications on platforms, APIs, PCs, and data infrastructure components.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Understanding of coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent language.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience debugging applications on platforms, APIs PCs, and data infrastructure components
• 6+ years of driving Quality Assurance (QA) strategy and/or equivalent experience
• Experience partnering and/or collaborating across multiple teams
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field, and/or equivalent practical experience
• Understanding of coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent language

Preferred Experience:

• Experience building, shipping, and maintaining enterprise software on top of consumer electronic devices
• Experience in quality assurance within the healthcare domain
• Experience establishing and maintaining quality processes such as test plans, defect triage workflows, and release readiness criteria that measurably improved product quality
• Experience in managing black box and white box testing
