Job Title: QA Engineer
Location: LATAM (remote)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join our team and support the development and automation efforts across both mobile and web platforms. This role will play a critical part in testing backend services, mobile applications, and websites, contributing to major modernization projects and ensuring a high standard of quality across the product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and automation teams to ensure thorough QA coverage.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Conduct functional and regression testing across web and mobile applications.
• Perform backend testing on RESTful APIs using tools such as Karate.
• Execute performance testing to ensure system scalability and responsiveness.
• Test applications across multiple browsers and mobile devices.
• Validate functionality during ongoing migration to Java 17 and development of a new web application focused on warranty plans and payment features.
• Work within an AWS-based environment and validate data across PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation.
• Proficiency in API testing tools, like Karate.
• Solid understanding of backend testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in performance testing.
• Exposure to JavaScript, Angular, and Ionic frameworks.
• Knowledge of relational databases, like PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
