Job summary

WorkGenius Group seeks a QA Engineer III to triage, monitor, and report on defects, while designing test plans and improving coverage. You will coordinate with external QA vendors, direct remote testers, and drive quality across development teams in a gaming context.

The role requires 6+ years of QA experience, strong metrics, and collaboration across mobile, console, and PC platforms. ISTQB/ICAgile certifications are a plus and remote coordination is common.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional Quality Assurance experience, including test plan design and execution.
• Experience managing defect databases and creating reports on test coverage and defect data.
• Experience directing remote testers and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Experience collaborating directly with developers and content creators across the development lifecycle.
• Strong creative problem-solving and process-improvement skills; experience across mobile, console, and PC platforms is preferred. ISTQB or ICAgile certifications are a plus.
