Job summary

Ring is seeking a highly energetic QA Engineer to test Ring's e-commerce websites and mobile apps. You will translate business needs into test cases, drive test execution, and own automation for web and mobile platforms.

You will build robust test suites, investigate issues to root cause, and work with developers and product owners to ensure releases meet quality standards. This role emphasizes hands-on testing and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
• Experience in automation testing.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and convert them into comprehensive, QA-understandable test cases and test plans ensuring adequate test coverage.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases/suites for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android/Fire platforms), and analyze results.
• Build and maintain stable, reusable test automation for web applications and mobile apps.
• Drive test execution across multiple software releases, capturing and triaging errors effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues down to root cause and create detailed bug reports.
• Evaluate application performance and functionality; dive deep on features to identify risks and quality gaps.
• Prepare precise test completion reports for management to review and approve releases.
• Participate in test planning efforts and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Work as part of a team of experienced QA engineers testing multiple concurrent software releases.
