What You'll Do

• Create & Execute: Develop test plans and cases for functional, non-functional, and Voice AI scenarios
• End-to-End Validation: Ensure applications and AI systems function correctly throughout development
• Simulate User Experience: Validate AI responses, identify bias, and test robustness
• Document Findings: Capture screenshots/videos and report anomalies
• Track Bugs: Log and monitor issues using tools like Trello or Jira
• Test Reliability: Assess AI model performance for accuracy, scalability, and consistency
• Collaborate & Improve: Work with developers and AI engineers to troubleshoot and refine features

Your Skills and Experience

Technical Skills

• Understanding of software testing methodologies
• Proficiency in browser-based testing and troubleshooting
• Skill in screen capturing, recording, and annotation
• Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Jira)
• Basic knowledge of LLMs and AI tools
• Experience with browser dev tools (a plus)
• Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright)
