Job summary

Savers, Inc. is hiring a QA Engineer in Boise, ID, working in a hybrid model (in-office 3 days a week). You will support Savers retail technology, ensuring reliability, availability, and quality of software applications, integrations, and QA environments.

The role involves reviewing requirements, designing tests, and automating validation where practical, across D365 Commerce, POS, and APIs. Strong testing background and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related field.
• Retail experience and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting.
• Strong documentation and defect triage skills.

Responsibilities

• Review system requirements and test scope to understand expected behavior.
• Create and execute detailed test plans, cases, and data.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and API testing as applicable.
• Design and maintain automated tests with reliable regression coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution and retesting.
• Coordinate testing activities and release-readiness with stakeholders.
