Job summary

Continental is seeking a TT QA Engineer to ensure quality control plans are in place and compliant with Central PoMs and IATF. You will support area management, lead data analyses, and drive root-cause investigations across multiple plants.

You will also contribute to TS16949 certification, maintain local QMS requirements, and coordinate audits and improvements. Relocation assistance may be offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship may be offered.
• This position may offer relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze benchmark results from cross- plant quality comparisons using the Global Quality Score Card and reports.
• Perform statistical and capability analysis of data and present findings.
• Lead and assist with TS16949 certification and compliance.
• Support local QMS requirements and maintain work instructions and quality objectives.
• Assist with 4D and 8D investigations and root cause analysis.
• Initiate corrective actions and monitor effectiveness with core Quality tools.
