Job summary

Brillio, a digital solutions provider, is seeking a QA Engineer to join our DE team and help design differentiated digital solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will work with clients to define digital strategy and execution roadmaps, build test automation, perform end-to-end testing, and collaborate across development, operations, and business partners to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience.
• Strong automated testing and API testing skills.
• Willing to work in a remote/hybrid setup in Coppell, TX (Dallas area).

Responsibilities

• Identify weaknesses and problem areas in the software application.
• Collaborate with development, operations, support, and partners for timely resolution.
• Work independently with minimal guidance.
• Identify use cases, create and prioritize test cases, and report results.
• Track defects and investigate root causes.
• Prepare and maintain automation scripts.
• Execute regression and exploratory testing as needed.
• Create test plans and test summary reports; analyze automation results.
• Trigger and monitor the automation suite as required.

• Role: QA Engineer
• Years of Experience: 8+ years
• Location: Remote/Hybrid (Coppell, TX, New York, NY)
• As a consultant within the DE team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Identify weaknesses and problem areas in the software application
• Work closely with development, operations, support, business partners and other stakeholders to ensure timely collaboration and resolution
• Work independently under minimal guidance
• Identify use cases or scenarios, create test cases, prioritize test cases, execute test cases, and generate reports for stakeholders
• Track software bugs and investigate causes
• Prepare automation scripts
• Troubleshoot automation software issues
• Create test plans and test summary reports
• Execute regression and exploratory testing as necessary
• Perform functional and end‑to‑end testing
• Maintain the automation suite
• Create test data for automation
• Submit Pull Requests
• Understand software internals, debug problems, and automate repetitive tasks
• Analyze automation reports (Extent and Cucumber)
• Trigger the automation suite as necessary

Salary

$80,000 - $85,000 a year
