Job summary

Air is seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Engineer to champion quality across our product development lifecycle. You will design and execute automated and manual tests, craft test data, and document results to guide future fixes.

You will partner with developers to locate high-impact issues and drive robust features with an emphasis on reliability and user experience. Based in Pittsburgh, this full-time role may require up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development in test and QA experience.
• Experience with testing methodologies, QA tools, and short-release cycles.
• Ability to operate within a product organization and Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, design, and develop automated regression tests and scripts.
• Formulate test plans, cases, data, and expected results for manual and automated tests.
• Assist in CI/CD workflow and align with release-focused processes.
• Collaborate with developers to plan, test, and release high-quality features.
• Analyze requirements and design solutions with the team; track and prioritize defects.
• Generate metrics to improve development practices and reduce risk.
