You will test Windows desktop, web, and mobile clients through the full release cycle, using AI/LLM to draft and refine test cases while applying your own judgment to catch bugs.

You will rely on SQL to validate results and track defects in JIRA and Xray, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and customer support to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional QA or software testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for test validation.
• Real experience using AI/LLM tools in a testing context, not just familiarity.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
• Genuine interest in growing into a lead or mentor role over time.
• Authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Test Windows desktop, web, and mobile clients through the full release cycle.
• Use AI/LLM tools to draft and refine test cases, then apply judgment to validate and improve them.
