MultiLatin Advisors is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to advance quality and automation across a modern, distributed software environment. In this hands‑on role, you will design, build, and maintain automated testing capabilities for user interfaces, APIs, microservices, and integrations.

You will help establish reliable quality gates within CI/CD pipelines and contribute to resilient, scalable products.

Qualifikationen

• Five to seven years of hands-on experience in QA automation or test engineering, including ownership of automation frameworks.
• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills and practical experience with WebdriverIO and/or Playwright.
• Experience designing and maintaining UI, API, and integration test automation, preferably with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of REST API testing, contract testing, and schema validation.
• Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, service-to-service communication, and queue-based messaging.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows; confident using Git, pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs and with BDD tools such as Cucumber.
• Ability to write and interpret SQL queries and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and the DOM.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with sound judgment in balancing risk-based testing and delivery needs.
• Additional experience with AWS Lambda or Azure Functions, performance testing tools such as k6 or Gatling, or WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility testing is an advantage.

• Promote good engineering practices in code quality, observability, automation design, and performance testing.
• Contribute to code reviews and reusable automation libraries, mentor colleagues, and support continuous learning.
