Job summary

Saicon is seeking a strong QA Engineer to join the Customer Technology team, supporting development and maintenance of shipment tools. You will hands-on automate tests across UI and services, validate APIs and data-driven systems, and contribute to high-quality releases.

The ideal candidate will design and maintain test scripts, create comprehensive test cases, and work closely with developers, product managers, and data engineers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A STRONG QA ENGINEER TO JOIN THE CUSTOMER TECHNOLOGY TEAM AND SUPPORT THE NEW DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE VARIOUS SHIPMENT TOOLS.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE WITH AUTOMATION TESTING ACCROSS BOTH UI AND SERVICES, ALONG WITH A SOLID UNDERSTANDING AND TESTING OF APIS AND DATA DRIVEN SYSTEMS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• DESIGNING AND MAINTAINING AUTOMATED TEST SCRIPTS " PREPARING AND MANAGING TEST DATA
• CREATING COMPREHENSIVE TEST CASES
• ENSURING HIGH QUALITY RELEASES ACROSS OUR PLATFORMS
• WORKING CLOSELY WITH DEVELOPERS, PRODUCT MANAGERS, AND DATA ENGINEERS WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH A DETAIL ORIENTED MINDSET, STRONG PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS, AND A FOCUS ON QUALITY.
• EXPERIENCE WITH MODERN QA FRAMEWORKS AND AI ASSISTED TOOLS TO ACCELERATE TEST DEVELOPMENT, IMPROVE TEST COVERAGE, AND INCREASE EFFICIENCY IS HIGHLY VALUED.
